We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each Love Ocean product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure top quality.

In the rare event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us at hello@mocean.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you in arranging a replacement.

Additional Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
